Such a cause for celebration LOL.
Marcus and I headed to Golden Bay for 4 days, just got home a couple of hours ago, gosh it's good to be home!!! Especially since I forgot to take my Turmeric and Magnesium etc with us, and initially my back was great, even sleeping on the ground in the tent, thought it was a good sign I didn't need to take it non stop when not working, but shoulders started knotting up last night and a itty bitty niggly headache was starting today, so it's good to be home and dosed up again before it gets any worse!
Marcus got to play paint ball with Eli, a very distant (6 generations back) cousin and a friend/neighbour of Eli's, was good fun for them, hit the beach, but it was grey as with all the smoke from Australia's fires, and watched lots of movies and chilled, it was nice, but I've still come home knackered. A week to regroup and then we're off again up north for 3 weeks, now THAT is going to be exhausting!
